Part 1 – How To Get More LEADS

Communicate what you do and why you do it

The first step in increasing client numbers is to find more leads. This training explains where to find potential new clients and how to reach them with a relevant message that attracts their attention.

Special attention is paid to strategies for developing more GP and other health practitioner referrals.

Part 2 – How To Increase CONVERSION Rate

Optimise your patient booking system

A practice may have the best new lead generation system in the world, but if the conversion system isn’t working, the advertising investment is completely wasted. This training explains how to ensure leads turn into actual appointments.

We look specifically at the “new patient identification call script"

Part 3 – How To Increase Number of TRANSACTIONS

Implement practice systems, to ensure patients get the optimal treatment at the right frequency

Good patient solutions require practitioners to see patients at the right frequency to best treat their problem. Too often, poor systems let both the practitioner and the patient down. This training outlines the systems practice owners must put in place to ensure patients get treatment at the right frequency for the problems they have.

We also explore the potential for practitioners to bundle package solutions for patients.

Part 4 – How To Increase Average £££ Sale

Set your pricing so it accurately reflects the value you are delivering to patients

This training will explains why increasing your average £££ sale with an already engaged patient is relatively easy and highly profitable.

We also explore the potential to offer helpful products to the patient treatment solution.

Part 5 – How To Increase Profit Margin

Your profit margin is the key indicator to your practices overall health

We look at what a profit margin practice owners should aim for as best practice compared to similar businesses. We explain how to extract meaningful data from the numbers and where to look for efficiencies in your business.

Additionally, we’ll explore specific solutions that benchmark certain key performance indicators for private practices.
